Ice & Spice was born from a simple idea: the best events deserve the best of both worlds. On one side, refreshing ice cream, popsicles and bubble tea. On the other, sizzling gourmet hot dogs and savory snacks. Wherever there’s a celebration in the D.C. area, our carts roll in and turn it into something special.
